Every item in our shop is handmade with care. Because each piece is individually crocheted, slight variations in color, size, or stitching may occur. These unique differences are part of what makes handmade items special and are not considered defects.

🎀 Orders

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your handmade item as quickly as possible.

Please double-check:

  • Your shipping address
  • Product selections
  • Personalization details (if applicable)

We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

🎀 Processing & Shipping

Processing times are listed on each product page.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees.

🎀 No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

🎀 We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund requests
  • Order cancellations after production has begun

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will review each situation individually to determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom orders are created specifically for you.

Because of their personalized nature:

  • All custom order sales are final.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
  • Production begins after all design details have been confirmed.

Our plushies and crochet items are intended for decorative use or gentle play.

Some products may contain:

  • Safety eyes
  • Small embellishments
  • Weighted filling (on applicable products)

These items may present a choking hazard and are not recommended for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated otherwise. Adult supervision is recommended.
